Fintekra Consulting is a trading name of Fintekra Group Ltd, the business was founded with a mission to provide expert financial operations consulting services to small and growing venture capital (VC), and growth debt firms. My name is Kristian Jones, I have over 20 years of experience in both public and private capital. A former Director managing departments at leading institutions such as ICG PLC, Kreos Capital, and BlackRock.

Fintekra is uniquely positioned having previously professionalised and digitised Europe’s largest venture & growth debt provider prior to acquisition. I led the integration of a VC firm into BlackRock, professionalising data, processes, and onboarding new systems to streamline operations.

Now, as an independent consultant, I help VC firms that may be lagging behind to modernise their operations, scale effectively, and prepare for future acquisitions.
